Find out more about about St Bride's Church, dedicated to Saint Bridget of Ireland

Ahead of St Patrick's Day this year, Fleet Street Quarter BID are pleased to offer a free walking tour celebrating the long-standing and varied Irish history of Fleet Street, hosted by award-winning guide and top entertainer David Harry, a.k.a. The London Spy

Fleet Street boasts what is claimed to be London's first Irish pub, The Tipperary, also the first to serve Guinness in London to Irish soldiers and and labourers looking for a taste of home. Rebuilt shortly after the Great Fire in 1666, The Tipperary has sadly been closed since the pandemic, however is set to make its long awaited comeback soon with works being completed to restore the pub, with its return being hailed as 'a major comeback for London’s pub trade' in the Evening Standard.
