SAFER BUSINESS ACTION DAY

IN PARTNERSHIP WITH CITY OF LONDON POLICE & SAFER BUSINESS NETWORK

Last Thursday, Fleet Street Quarter BID, in partnership with the City of London Police and Safer Business Network held the area's first ever #SaBaDay (Safer Business Action Day).

Fleet Street Quarter BID Security and Operations Manager, Bethany Nash, managed the Security Briefings with the support of City of London Police and the BID. Subsequently 80 business visites were completed and crime prevention packs handed out to staff.

These local businesses were extremely supportive of the action day and the joint engagements efforts of the Police and BID, as well as other local partners. #ShopKind and the importance of crime reporting was discussed at length in addition to #WAVE and #AskForAngela for the night time economy.

The SaBa Day followed on from our Coffee with a Cop sessions where FSQ businesses of all sizes were invited to have a direct face to face conversation with local FSQ area City of London Police Officers.
