GIN MAKING WORKSHOP
28 & 30 November, 6pm, The City of London Distillery
Craft your own unique gin at a hands-on experience with The City of London Distillery! Learn the art of distillation and create your own personalised bottle. The Gin Lab Experience takes approximately 2 hours and includes three drinks.
After a warm welcome and meeting your guide, you’ll start by exploring a whole range of botanicals and, with as much guidance as you need, you’ll design the recipe and prepare the ingredients for your own gin. Then it’s into the Gin Lab to fire up your mini-still.
You’ll nurture your gin throughout the distillation process, taking tastings and deciding when to make the cut. You’ll create a label for your bottle of gin (70 cl) and the final step is to apply the red wax to seal it.
We will be running two workshops with The City of London Distillery during the festive period; Tuesday 28 November, and Thursday 30 November at 6pm.
