Fleet Street Quarter are pleased to sponsor St Bride Foudation‘s design conclave once again this year. St Bride Foundation are an integral part of the Fleet Street Quarter community providing a vital cultural and historical hub within the area. They host a reguarlar programme of design events and workshops, in addition to their library which is home to thousands of books, printing-related periodicals and physical objects.
St Bride also houses the popular Bridewell Theatre, which hosts a year-round programme of plays, comedy, music and exhibitions. St Bride retains many of its original features, including the baths, laundry, printing rooms and library. As part of the Foundation’s original mission to provide for the community, many of the building’s unique and characterful spaces are available to hire whether for meetings, weddings or classes.
In a building housing the machines and artefacts of the history of print and design, come together once again to explore the contemporary and cast a look into the future of the international creative community.
Catch up with friends and colleagues and listen to this year’s tremendous speakers, traversing a typescape from digital to tangible media, criss-crossing augmented reality, illustration, album sleeves, brand design, zines, paper engineering, food and more.
