FSQ BID & INNER TEMPLE
TO BEGIN COLLABORATION
Fleet Street Quarter BID is delighted to annouce that it will begin working closely with The Inner Temple to maximise opportunities for their community to participate in FSQ BID activities across all four of our four key strategic themes (Putting Fleet Street Quarter Back on the Map, Creating a Connected Community, Clean and Green, Safe and Secure).
This relationship will also allow for the Fleet Street Quarter business community to learn more about Inner Temple, along with the range of events and spaces that they offer. We thank the team at Inner Temple and look forward to working collaboratively with them going forward.
Greg Dorey CVO, Sub-Treasurer of Inner Temple commented:
“The Inner Temple sees itself as a key neighbour to the Fleet Street Quarter Business Improvement District and looks forward to working with the BID team to influence and support the area’s improvement. Where possible, it would be willing to support some of BID initiatives, such as pop-up shops and cultural performances, within its precincts – these are likely to prove popular with its many tenants and residents.
Local workers and residents in the BID area, and visitors from all over the world, already enjoy our three-acre Garden, which is open to the public on weekdays from 12.30 – 3pm, and the renowned and historic Temple Church. There are also lectures and discussions at Inner Temple which are often open to the public, such as our Social Context of the Law and History Society talks, and drama and musical performances, not least those under the auspices of the Temple Music Foundation. So, many opportunities to engage with each other!”
