Fleet Art Fair is an exciting new contemporary art event curated by Contemporary Art Studios and powered by Fleet Studios. Taking place from 10 - 13 October 2024, at Fleet.Studios, part of The Fleot at 8-12 New Bridge Street. This fair is designed to showcase the work of both emerging and established artists.


The joint mission has been to create a dynamic platform where creativity and innovation are celebrated, offering a unique and engaging experience for art lovers, collectors, and the general public alike. There will be 26 talented artists exhibiting a diverse range of artworks throughout the building, ranging from paintings to sculptures, textile and multi-media works.


This line up of artists has been carefully curated by Contemporary Art Studios, who are a platform dedicated to elevating artistic voices and connecting them with broader audiences, ensuring a diverse and compelling range of contemporary art is on display. Tickets are available for free on eventbrite and there is also a pay as you feel/ donation option making this experience accessible and enjoyable for all.

  • October 11th: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • October 12th: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • October 13th: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The Fleet Street Quarter BID, in partnership with Atenor, the pan-European real estate development company, has unveiled meanwhile activation The Fleot, a first of its kind 360-degree green and digital construction skills hub and creative studio for local artists.


The Fleot houses Fleet. Studios, a 6,000 sq ft ground and first floor space offering accessible art, podcast and music studio space for creatives, alongside a public art gallery. Helping boost another key economic driver, Fleet. Studios aims to address the need for arts and culture spaces in the City of London. Fleet. Studios will be run and managed by Spark* - a community interest company with expertise in creative industries.
