A THREE DAY SERIES FOCUSING ON YOUR HEALTH AND WELLBEING

 

Join us for Fleet Street Quarter’s Health Awareness Week. The programme of activities aims to give support to our business community with a variety of opportunities to check-in with your own health while vitally supporting others in lifesaving ways.

 

NHS Blood Type Test. Tuesday 5 March, 10am – 3pm, Workspace, 160 Fleet Street

Most people find out their blood type when they first give blood. But you can discover your blood type before you become a donor with the NHS Blood Type Test. Come along for a quick test (5 minutes and no big needles!) and learn about the power of blood and the amazing difference you will be able to make by giving blood in the future.

Relax and Unwind with Yoga. Wednesday 6 March, 5:30pm – 6:30pm, location tba.

This fun and accessible class incorporates movement, breathwork and guided relaxation. You can expect playful sequences and lots of feel-good stretches to ease tension and create space in the shoulders, spine and hips.

Emergency First Aid in the Workplace, Level 1 Training with The British Red Cross. Thursday 7 March, 9:30am – 5:30pm, St Bride Foundation.

Join The British Red Cross for a 1-day Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course, ideal for those who need to be certified to be a first aider in lower-risk working environments. All participants who complete the course will leave with a level 3 first aid qualification.
