We're pleased to announce the Festive Fleet Street Quarter 2023 programme. Get ready to unwrap the magic and see the streets, alleys and squares transformed!
Visit the Quarter from 21 November and get ready to immerse yourself in the enchanting spirit of the festive season. An unforgettable programme awaits kicking off with our Walking with The Snowman™ Trail, alongside the switching on of our spectacle of festive lights at Ludgate Circus.
The illuminations don’t stop there, look out for a dazzling display on the famous Chancery Lane, as well as the yearly lighting of the magnificent Christmas tree in New Street Square. There will be performances from London Contemporary Voices and the Citizens of the World Choir, as well as mulled wine, mince pies and hot chocolate – and maybe even a bit of snow!
We’re also excited to announce the return of our much-loved Makers’ Market! In partnership with Crafty Fox, you’ll be able to shop an array of exceptional gifts from independent homeware, fashion, beauty and arts-and-crafts traders.
In addition to the bustling marketplace, Fleet Street Quarter will also be offering a series of free
festive workshops in various locations around the Quarter that promise to ignite the Christmas spirit. Visitors will be able participate in festive wreath-making sessions hosted by Jar and Fern, and Christmas card workshops with incredible artist Bella Gomez, and even create their very own bottle of gin with City of London Distillery, home of Whitley Neill gin!
There’s also the chance to indulge yourself at our Festive Wine Tasting with The Amicable Society of Lazy Ballerinas bar, explore exquisite wines guided by experts – you could even find the ideal Christmas present, or simply a treat for yourself!
To wrap this all up, Fleet Street Quarter will have a present-wrapping service with the Jane Means coming in to take the hassle out of Christmas, simply drop off your gift and they'll ensure your presents look perfect for the big day!
