Fleet Street Quarter's Festival of Words, 14 - 17 May 2025
1. Ticket Purchase & Entry
1.1. A valid ticket must be presented for entry to any event within the festival.
1.2. Tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event date. After this period, tickets become non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
1.3. Entry may be refused or revoked if the ticket appears to be fraudulent or tampered with.
1.4. All attendees must comply with venue capacity and safety regulations.
2. Event Changes & Cancellations
2.1. The festival organisers reserve the right to change event dates, speakers, venues, or schedules due to unforeseen circumstances.
2.2. If an event is cancelled by the organisers, ticket holders may be offered a refund or an alternative event, subject to availability.
3. Conduct & Behaviour
3.1. Attendees must conduct themselves respectfully and follow all venue rules.
3.2. Disruptive, offensive, or illegal behaviour may result in removal from the event without a refund.
3.3. Mobile phones must be silenced during sessions.
4. Photography & Recording
4.1. Unauthorised photography, video, or audio recording is prohibited unless stated otherwise.
4.2. Attendees consent to being filmed or photographed for festival marketing purposes.
5. Liability & Safety
5.1. The festival organisers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
5.2. Attendees participate at their own risk, and organisers are not liable for any injury or damage incurred.
6. Accessibility & Special Requirements
6.1. The festival aims to be accessible to all; attendees requiring assistance should contact the organisers in advance.
6.2. Service animals are allowed where permitted by venue policy.
7. General
7.1. By purchasing a ticket, the attendee agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
7.2. Any disputes will be subject to the laws of the festival’s hosting country.
